Yes! You can request a download of your photos. Click here, for HM or here for S2F, to jump to the instructions for how to do this. There is no fee for getting your photos downloaded. We HIGHLY recommend that you go through your photo library and remove duplicate photos and unneeded photos before requesting the download, to minimize the size of the download.
