What happens if points expire when I've hit 6,000 points redeemed for the year?

If you navigate to your Rewards dashboard and see this message:

Thank you for your loyalty! You’ve already earned and redeemed over 6,000 points on Youngevity.com – WOW! Congratulations!

Please note that you’ve reached the annual redemption limit for points usage. Because you’ve reached the 12-month redemption threshold you’ll be unable to redeem any additional points until you’ve passed your 1-year mark of activating your rewards account. (Note: this date could be 1 year after the date you joined Youngevity, if you joined after Jan 1, 2020, or it could be the date you activated your rewards account, if you were a customer or distributor before Jan 1, 2020).

Don’t worry though—we’re still tracking all points you're earning during this time. Thanks for enjoying our Youngevity Rewards program!

This would mean that you have hit your 6,000 points redemption for the year. Not to worry though, your points reset on your Rewards activation date (which you can view on your dashboard under the "points available until" column). Once the 6,000 point cap resets on your Rewards Activation date, you will be able to begin redeeming again.

You are unable to redeem while you have reached the 6,000 point limit, however, you are able to continue earning Rewards.
