Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been ordered?

If you realize that you made a mistake (like a typo, wrong photo, etc.) and it is between 2 and 3 hours since you ordered, you can contact customer service to have them cancel the order. 


If it has been longer than 2-3 hours, you will still want to contact customer service, however it is likely that it has already started printing and unable to be canceled. You can make a copy of the project (as outlined above) and then call customer service to assist you in placing the order at a discounted rate. This option is only available within 30 days of the original order.
