What are Birthday Rewards and how do they work?

When you provide us with your birthday, you’ll receive 20 points (one time). Plus we will email you a single-use coupon to be used during your birthday month on Youngevity.com.

How it works:

By providing us with your birthday in the rewards dashboard of Youngevity.com, we'll send you a special offer via email. 

If you haven’t already, you can add your birthday to your Rewards profile by:

1. Sign into your account on Youngevity.com.

2. Click on the Rewards tab on the left

3. Scrolling towards the bottom, and enter in your birthdate. 

4. Wait for your birthday month and we'll send you a birthday reward that you will be able to use on Youngevity.com 

What's the reward?

The reward varies month to month, so it’s always a surprise. ? Important: Please add in your birthdate before the 1st day of your birthday month to ensure you get your birthday reward!

How will I receive it and how do i use it?

The reward will be sent via email to the email address we have on file for your Youngevity account. You will use it in the promo code section of the checkout experience on youngevity.com. Not applicable for use on Autoships.

What if I don't receive it?

There could many reasons why you didn’t receive an email from us (i.e. you may have unsubscribed, it might be in your spam, etc). Another likely reason is the email address on file for a particular Youngevity account could be the same email we have in our system for another Youngevity account—sometimes 

multiple accounts. We only send one rewards email per email address, per calendar year for birthday related rewards.

Are there any restrictions? 

Yes, some restrictions apply. Birthday coupons received by email have expiration dates associated with them.  Usually they expire at the end of your birthday month. Also, coupon codes cannot be used in the Back Office, on Autoship or on any other website. To redeem, you must login to Youngevity.com. Limit 1 per customer. One-time use. Not valid towards past purchase or renewals. No cash back or cash value. Can only be applied to product purchases and are excluded from additional fees in the form of taxes, shipping, donations, renewal fees, enrollment, etc. Birthday coupons subject to be awarded based on account activity; brand new accounts with no activity are not eligible to receive birthday rewards.
