There are a few reasons that your special birthday rewards email may not have hit your inbox:
- If you have not entered your birthday from within the Rewards Dashboard before the 1st of the month that your birthday is in, you will not receive a special Birthday reward email.
- If the email address associated with your account is shared across multiple accounts, it's possible that this email address is already associated with a different birthday on a different account OR no birthday at all.
If you are unsure if you have entered your birthday, or have questions on how to do this, please follow the steps below:
- First you will want to log in on youngevity.com
- Once logged in you will be re-directed to your dashboard (you can also get there by clicking the “person” icon in the top right hand corner of the site
- Once on your dashboard you will see a “rewards” tab. You will want to click on this.

- Once on your Rewards page, you will see a list of actions on the right hand side that you are able to do. If a birthday was already entered you will see “awarded” to the right hand side. If the birthday has not been entered, you should see “ Enter Birthday” towards the bottom right of the page. You will want to select this. (see screenshot for reference)

- Once you click on “enter birthday” a pop up will come into view that allows you to enter this information.

Please be sure to hit the “save” button once you are finished to ensure this is updated.
Please also note that you will not receive a birthday coupon to your email, unless it has been entered in this section and your email address associated with only ONE account.
If your birthday was entered into the Rewards dashboard BEFORE the 1st of your birthday month and you did not receive an email, you will want to confirm that your email address is not tied to multiple accounts.
If you are aware that your email address is being used on more than one account (we generally see this with family, etc.), please follow these steps:
- Update the email address tied to your account to one that is unique, as the system is not able to send a unique birthday offer to an email address that is shared across accounts.
- Once updated, you will need to email: rewards@youngevity.com and we will manually confirm that the new email address is now tied to both your account as well as our email sending system. From here, we will gladly consider sending out the birthday incentive for you.
This process should also help to avoid this mishap occurring in the future as well.
